ML18.'Production' equipment, environmental test facilities and components, as follows:

List
Wassenaar Arrangement – Munitions List – WA-LIST (25) 1
a. Equipment specially designed or modified for the 'production' of items specified in the Munitions List, and specially designed components therefor;
b. Environmental test facilities specially designed for the certification, qualification or testing of items specified in the Munitions List, and specially designed equipment therefor, not specified elsewhere in the Munitions List.
Technical Note
For the purposes of ML18., the term 'production' includes design, examination, manufacture, testing and checking.
