a. Metals in particle sizes of less than 60 μm whether spherical, atomised, spheroidal, flaked or ground, manufactured from material consisting of 99 % or more of zirconium, magnesium and alloys thereof;
Technical Note:
For the purposes of 1C011.a., the natural content of hafnium in the zirconium (typically 2 % to 7 %) is counted with the zirconium.
Note:
The metals or alloys specified in 1C011.a. are controlled whether or not the metals or alloys are encapsulated in aluminium, magnesium, zirconium or beryllium.
b. Boron or boron alloys, with a particle size of 60 μm or less, as follows:
1. Boron with a purity of 85 % by weight or more;
2. Boron alloys with a boron content of 85 % by weight or more;
