On 22 February, in Hanoi, the National Focal Point of Vietnam for countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction held its first meeting to review the results of implementing Decree No. 81/2019/ND-CP of the Government on countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

The meeting was a great success, marking an important milestone in the comprehensive and far-reaching implementation of Decree 81 among people throughout the country.
