Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2019/ND-CP of 11 November 2019 of the Government on countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (Decree No. 81/2019/ND-CP);

Pursuant to Decision No. 432/QD-TTg of 27 March 2020 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Plan for implementing the Government Decree on countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction;

Pursuant to Decision 941/QD-TTg of 5 August 2022 of the Prime Minister promulgating the National Action Plan on anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and countering proliferation financing for the 2021-2025 period,

The Ministry of National Defence - the National Focal Point of Vietnam for countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (the National Focal Point) has prepared a report on the preliminary review of three years of implementing Decree No. 81/2019/ND-CP for the 2020-2023 period.

In order to prepare well for the conference on the preliminary review of the implementation of Decree No. 81/2019/ND-CP in 2023, the National Focal Point would be grateful to receive your agency's report (to be sent via the Chemical Corps - Standing Office 81, address: No. 6 Phan Van Truong Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi).
