6.A.5.Neutron generator systems, including tubes, having both of the following characteristics:

List
NSG – Nuclear-related dual-use equipment, materials, software and related technology (Part 2) – INFCIRC/254/Rev.13/Part 2
a. Designed for operation without an external vacuum system; and
b. 1. Utilising electrostatic acceleration to induce a tritium-deuterium nuclear reaction; or
2. Utilising electrostatic acceleration to induce a deuterium-deuterium nuclear reaction and capable of an output of 3 x 10⁹ neutrons/s or greater.
